I understand new regulations will be introduced to builders in about two weeks. I'll try to get them and post the highlights, once available.

What are the rules related to fencing? Assume that there is a standard within the community.
I believe that will be part of what they cover in the builders' meeting in early December (I don't know what they are - yet.)
