NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
SPANISH OAKS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
March 26, 2009 – 6:30 PM
Dear Spanish Oaks Property Owners:
The Association will hold its Annual Meeting on Thursday, March 26, 2009, at the Spanish Oaks Lodge – 6:30 p.m. We will have our business meeting, followed by refreshments and time for socializing with our neighbors. The Board and I look forward to our first meeting at the new facility.
An Annual Report will be presented, with opportunity for questions and discussion. In addition, the developer will update us on progress over the past year, and the plans for 2009. Please mark your calendars and make every effort to attend. This is a great time to ask questions, meet your neighbors, and stay informed about your community.
If you cannot attend and have questions, please give me a call at 533-2365, or e-mail me at pchandler@spanishoaks.com so that I can make sure your issue is discussed at the meeting. An annual update letter from Donald Abrams, Homeowner representative to the Board of Directors is enclosed.
On an additional note, please send me your e-mail addresses, so that we can continue to communicate with all owners on a regular basis. And, if you do not have your gate passes, give me a call or send me an e-mail to request them.
